The prebuild where it generates the directory structure wasn't a
dependency for the build part so it was causing parallel jobs to fail
since there wasn't directories to put the output files.

src/ was hard coded in the find command, changed that to ${SRC_DIR}

Changed Makefile.double to accept both PNGs and WEBPs as input, since
both allow for lossless images.

Add scripts for testing compression quality and converting collections
of pngs to webps.
